DNA
Many Humans would expect DNA analysis to be the final word on the
reality of this matter.
However, would / could DNA prove a being to be of "off-world" origins? I don't
think so; DNA for all that it is, has only been studied on Terrestrial
organisms, and never on Extraterrestrials. So, there is not yet enough known
about exobiology to determine if a given DNA strand or sequence is of
extraterrestrial origins. What it can do, though, is identify a known species,
and that in itself is quite helpful.
Much thought has gone into the proposition of allowing DNA analysis, and it has
been decided that it may be allowed under the following conditions, and for the
following reasons:
- Analysis be done at a certified lab, at a well respected University.
- The entire procedure is observed by Anthra, from the initial sampling to the
final identification.
- There must be no less than three (3) others witnessing the procedure; A well
known DNA Biologist, A respected crypto-zoologist, A well known Ufologist.
- Sample is mixed with 2 additional samples provided by Anthra.
- People organizing test are to provide for all fees.
- Anthra receives hard copy of report.
Justifications:
- The certified lab is to insure accuracy of results.
- Observation of procedure is to insure integrity of results (NO governmental
tampering).
- 3 observers; a skeptic, a relative neutral, and, a hopeful.
- 3 samples. To provide a comparison and to make identification of Anthra's sample
more difficult (helps insure integrity)
- Testers to pay.
The above conditions are non-negotiable.
